Musicians and pain. any related info.

I am looking for a good hand physical therapist in Philadelphia area.
Any info would be highly appreciated as well as shared personal experience.
I think, it's overuse case (pain is already for 6 days).

KARL-HEINZ KÄMMERLING is smartest of the smartest (he was one of 13 and did it!). Ice skating competitions take a rest here.
