Even if you do like his Mahler recording or performances with Berlin, you do realize that most of this set comes from his time in Birmingham? They are not competitive at all, other than the 10th, which is only somewhat competitive considering that there are relatively fewer competition.

I already have at least a dozen of them on disc, and am only interested in a handful others so the boxset would not be an economical purchase. Otherwise (had they had a few more recordings I am interested in and not have yet) I might be tempted.
