I was watching Segerstam and the Sinfonica Galicia perform Scheherazade on youtube and was treated to Leif and orchestra members yelling in the finale as the intensity increases. you can test many of these on youtube. my boxes are jochum/emi and Barenboim/cso/dg. what ever your ultimate decision, get bongartz/Leipzig/ #6. I also enjoy some of the Bruckner orchestra/linz recordings.

I'll have to listen to it again, I have owned it for some years now. I recall liking it. When you played, what equipment did you prefer? I used a Bach for ages and still have a couple. My love for the past few years has been my Schilke C7.
