No, I don´t think there´s a surviving score from him. Hernando Franco by the way was 100% Aztec.
It was rather in the late XVI Century when the first important compositions started to appear.

And even in the La Scala recordings the sound quality varies considerably. The Pagliacci has fine sound, but the Cavalleria is wretched, and the Trovatore with Karajan is excellent.
