Yes to the Leinsdorf. I wore out my 8-track of highlites from that opera by playing it nonstop in my car. Great recording. I wish Sony would reissue Leinsdorf's mono Rochester and pre-Szell Cleveland recordings. They are also excellent.

Trump's a creep, not all his followers are. I would not want to answer for my own head swivels to the extreme right and then to the far left at the tender age of 28. I'll fess up: I love the kid just like he is, screw-ups and all. Bauer would never admit it but I think ( and so do several others bet...

If the NYY nab him this week. you will definitely be hearing the name Trevor Bauer. When he's on his stuff is unhittable and he can easily throw 120 pitches/game. The Indians can't afford to pay him $20 million after this season. And he's just 28 yrs old.

Park Chan-Wook's The Handmaiden (2016). South Korea. Convoluted, but a cinematic feast. Set in the 1930's. Centered on a same-sex-love affair that rivals in intensity that between Kim and Donald. Had to watch this flick twice to follow its flashbacks and plot twists. Worth it. Seems to have a lot go...

Impeached I'd love. But in my heart I know Nancy's right: that's just a sideshow.

The Election's the tune whereby we'll test the pow'r of Monsieur Pantaloon.

One of the problems for the music world is the intimate nature of music lessons themselves; an air of secrecy about what may or may not go on behind closed doors.
