I went to download the new version, and when I said I wanted to Save the MagnificatSetup, it told me that the file already existed and did I want to replace it? Fearful of what might happen, I decided to stop the process there for the time being, One thing that worries me is this: Is it free to ppl who have already paid for the last version, or is there an additional fee?

Then, I clicked on my desktop icon, thinking to add more performers, and such, and I found the program much abbreviated, presumably as a result of my having begun the download of the new version. No longer could I look at the lists of composers and performers I had already entered, because that section was completely gone, as were all the icons after the word Toolbox.

What's happening?

Forget paragraph 2. I left clicked on the toolbox icon and it all came back.
I still can't figure out how you add works to the list of available things to download into a specific recording. I have added lots of composers to the list and lots of performers, but how do you add works?

I wish the site had a strikethrough option like GMG does. Forget the above. I have now, today, June 20, successfully downloaded version 2.1. This was confirmed when I went into the program via my desktop icon, and my McAfee Security told me the program had changed and did I still want it to have internet access? I said Grant Access. Everything is OK now except that I still haven't figured out how to add works or recordings to the system so that it integrates with everything else. I guess I'll just have to read the manual, which is somewhat difficult because, well, frankly, although Mr. Canfora's English is infinitely better than my Italian (I know a few words), no one would ever mistake him for a native English speaker or writer. But I will try.
