It's under thirty minutes and every minute of it is worth watching. The speaker cast her net far beyond microeconomics to address a wide range of relevant issues including new technologies and their corresponding culture of "partial attention," a global shift in classical music interest and wealth-creation centers, and so forth. She also skilfully organized her talk on the basis of what one needs to do to go out of the classical music industry business!

Very impressive. She's a leader, and precisely the type who have the best chance of shaking up organizations that, for various reasons, find change too difficult.
