By the way, I've opted to reject seeing Guilio Cesare, even in HD. I've seen this masterpiece a number of times as Handel conceived it and love the music dearly. Can't bring myself to see it battered and bruised by some hotshot modern director's great vision.

Winter does get old at this time of the year but we've crossed the point of daylight exceeding dark and high temperatures are in the mid-forties. Good enough for me.
