To paraphrase the rabbi in Fiddler on the Roof, "There is a ballet of everything." If it does not already exist, it is simply an unfinished thought in the mind of some choreographer of the future. :)

Apparently, Strauss and Krauss agreed that:
die Musik kleine Moglichkeit fur eine tanzerische Ausdeutung gibt und sie doch viel zu symphonisch ist.
music is too symphonic with little possibility for dance interpretation.

Strauss and Krauss didn't allow for the possibilities in modern dance. Today, when "Das Lied von der Erde" and the St. Matthew Passion have been choreographed by major ballet companies, nothing is off limits.

Can you imagine how gut wrenching it would be to watch the last cello solo, where Don Q dies?
