I kind of like it. I'm glad this was not like various forms of extreme boxing, a "sport" that is also catching on more and more in the US. I find that revolting.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

It's beautiful to watch, but can our health care system afford all the broken bones that its practioners will suffer? Maybe the government will have to outlaw it in the new Health Care Reform package :?:

Well, all extreme sports are that way, not to mention daredevil motorcycle jumping. I would guess that the numbers of people involved are so small that their absorption into a truly nation-wide health care system would have an insignificant impact. (One thing that opponents of a single payer system overlook is that, in a country as populous as the United States, it would virtually eliminate the issue of conditions that are "too expensive" to treat.)

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

This gives me an idea what kind of medicine I want to go into! Orthopedic surgery!!!

Anyway, to live this experience without endangering your life, I suggest playing the video game Assassin's Creed. It's quite a good game. The sequel looks even more amazing!

Is Parkour part of Spec Ops training? If not, it ought to be!

Parkour did indeed originate with the military. See this link:

Extreme sports end up in the Olympics eventually.

The first thought that occurred to me was "If guys want to risk their lives like that, they should join the military and do some real good." The strength and agility are very impressive and when done with the practiced ease of a Belle, almost balletic.
